Magnificent Marhill is a 30 day minimum furnished rental that is family orientated and very comfortable, cozy and configurable - a home away from home that you can make yours. It is centrally located in the heart of the Temecula close to everything - schools, shopping, freeway and much more. This 2600 sqft home has an outdoor pool (not heated), heated spa, entertaining/barbecue area, and fire pit with lounge set. The backyard is very large and private with mountain views and no neighbors. Enjoy a downtown, wine tour of the 60+ wineries, a hot air balloon adventure, a golf game.
Inside this spacious home you'll find a beautiful upstairs master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom, a 2nd bedroom with a bunkbed that is a Full over Full. There is an additional trindle with twin mattress in the room. In the 3rd upstairs bedroom is another Full over Full bunkbed with a twin trindle. These two bedrooms share a jack and jill full bathroom. Downstairs french doors lead to a bedroom with a Queen bed and there is another full attached bathroom just outside the bedroom in the hall. We can customize the bedrooms into any configuration you want, we can put whatever beds you prefer, make one a workout room or make a home office. Your choice just let us know.
The newly remodeled kitchen provides all of the conveniences you'll need during your stay. We have stocked it with new appliances, dishes, serve ware, and drink ware. It has is a breakfast table that seats 4, three bar stools at the kitchen counter, and a large 10 person dining room table in the dining room. A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer are available for your use if needed.
This home's garage can easily fits two cars plus storage. The front driveway can handle 3 cars as well plus there is plenty of street parking. This is a corner lot!
Our spacious furnished rental offers every imaginable convenience we could think of to ensure you and your family, friends or guests have a great stay. There are several televisions set up in the home, including a 50" LED TV located in the family room. There is an entertainment center for you to enjoy some music indoors or in the back yard, and board games in the large hall closet.

* Please Note: The price includes a $300 credit towards electricity, $100 towards gas and $100 towards water. If you use more we will be billing you or your credit card on file.
* We do meet you during the check-in process, to ensure that you understand the use of everything and everything is 100% to your satisfaction.
* We do require that you have read and signed our Long Term Rental Agreement at least 3 days prior to your arrival. This is located on our website calivrmanagement. It does require that you create a separate login account and that you enter your information which will then be automatically added to your Long Term Rental Agreement.
* If paying by credit card the CARD MUST BE IN THE RENTER’S NAME/THE GUEST SIGNING THE CONTRACT (NO EXCEPTIONS). The renter must sign this agreement and must submit a Government ID that matches the name on the credit card. We CANNOT ACCEPT third party payments
