LIVING AREA
In Units 1 and 2, youll find an inviting living area with a 55 TV and a queen sofa bed.
Featuring a studio layout, Unit 3 provides a 50 TV, while Units 4 and 5 each have a sofa bed and 50 TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
Each unit has a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A welcoming open floor plan includes a dining area -- making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals with your crew.
BED & BATH
Between six bedrooms and four sofa beds, this property accommodates 20 guests.
In Unit 1, youll find a primary bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This units second bedroom has another king bed. The full bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
The remaining units each have a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. A queen bed promises a restful slumber in Unit 2, while a king bed is offered in Unit 3. An additional queen bed can be found in both Unit 4 and 5.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Unwind in your bubbling hot tub in the shared courtyard. The courtyard also includes a shared propane grill for guest use.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Walk 6 minutes to Heavenly Gondola and 12 minutes to Lakeside Beach. (Lakeside Beach is a privately-owned beach open to the public with the purchase of an entrance fee.) Or drive 10 minutes to the Zephyr Cove Resort and spend a thrilling day on the water.
Walk 3 blocks to the shopping, dining, and entertainment at Heavenly Village and the casinos.
THE FINE PRINT
Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 20 people and 6 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. If you cancel: Within 24 hours of booking, you'll receive a full refund. 30 days or more before your trip, you'll receive a refund of any rental payments you've made, minus the booking fee.
