We provide full concierge service for all types of activities and gladly provide recommendations for restaurants, bars, and daytime/evening activities. We pride ourselves in making sure our guests enjoy America’s Finest City to its fullest extent possible

彡 - Due to the constant use of this house, scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist on the property that were not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest
⮕ - Flexible check-in allows our guests to arrive as early as 11:30AM when we do not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing the same day, bag drop-off is fine but the maid will need time to clean before check-in
⮕ - Due to the extra liability of early check-in or late check-out, there might be a slight extra fee based on certain circumstances
ᶻ𝗓𐰁 - We try to keep our bed count and other amenities as accurate as possible but sometimes the amenities or smaller beds, like the Ottoman pull-out sleepers, get moved from one property to another. If you arrive at a property and an amenity or bed is missing, please let us know right away and we will bring over whatever is needed
𐂷 - If you do not inform us about a missing amenity, we will not be able to help and refunds will not be given
♨ - We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase
☀ - We do our best to keep pool and/or spas/jacuzzis in top-notch condition and very clean. However, sometimes issues arise. Hosts will do their best to address an issue with the pool and/or spa in a timely manner but will not be responsible for refunding guests if these issues arise
☀ - We charge $50/day for heating only the spa. $150/day for heating spa and pool
