The home features a fully equipped chef's kitchen with Viking appliances and granite counter tops, large dining room with fireplace, outside dining areas, a party pool and large meadow for summer sports and fun! Relax on the dual swivel reclining lounge chairs in the living room and log in to your Netflix or Prime accounts for viewing on the big screen TV. Beautiful formal office can be closed off from the rest of the home for the guest still working on vacation. Enjoy the library with chess/checkers game table, and a supply of board games. Sip your morning coffee/tea on the master bedroom balcony viewing the breathtaking panoramic valley and hillsides, or evening sunsets with a glass of your favorite Malibu wine after a day on the famous Malibu Wine Trail. POOL: In the summer, snack on the bountiful oranges or red champagne grapes growing along the pool fencing while lounging poolside, or swimming in the warm, inviting party pool. The pool is always sparkling and clean, and just as fun and refreshing as an ocean swim any time of the year! At different times during the day, the warm California sunshine reflects off the Pebble Tec plaster imbedded with shells that sparkle like diamonds in the sun - keeping the pool warm all summer long. The pool is heated by the sun (except winter months), so we cannot guarantee a specific pool temperature. You will find a supply of pool toys and floating chairs in the garage for your poolside enjoyment.
NEIGHBORHOOD: This location is the best of all worlds! Walk down the street to grab breakfast, BBQ lunch, or a beverage, at the “Rock Store,” a famous moto-enthusiast hangout, frequented by Jay Leno and studios for filming!
