Positive: The location was good, what was disappointing was the property itself. The kitchen is ill equipped, it did NOT have a corkscrew or many of the normal necessities of a rental property. The towel was old and unappealing and many details as such. The owner needs to revamp the property because it has potential.

Negative: Linens are old, beds without a bedspread, many of the normal and essential needs in the kitchen were absent. And the taxi driver had a very hard time finding the property because it is on the outskirts of the city.
