The home is located inside the gates of Indian Wells Country Club very close to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, home of the BNP Paribas Open. We are minutes from El Paseo Drive, which offers some of the best restaurants and shopping in the desert.
This beautiful, recently updated luxury home is located on the golf course behind the gates of the Indian Wells Country Club. The home is located on the 7th fairway of the classic course. The backyard has gorgeous fairway views of the stunning Santa Rosa Mountains which are lit up at night. Come and enjoy this property which has a brand new built in gas BBQ and fire pit, and all the indoor/ outdoor luxury feeling that the beautiful desert has to offer. Enjoy a luxurious swim in the beautiful salt water pool with attached spa. The large backyard provides dining for eight, and lounge chairs for five. All bedrooms are equipped with new large flat screen TV’s, luxury linens with down feather beds, spa robes and high end designer furnishings. The home is 3,000 square feet and offers an open concept floor plan; family room/dining room/kitchen easily flow together, encouraging entertaining as well as casual living. The great room and master suite boasts panoramic golf course and mountain views from wall to wall glass.
We plan to someday retire and enjoy this home on a regular basis, so we are particular about its care. If you naturally take care of other people's property, as well or better than your own, then we welcome you. If not, then other homes may be more suitable. Also, the home is not 'child friendly” as the pool is not fenced so no children under age 7 should be in the party. We also require that the home be cleaned weekly by our reasonable and friendly housekeepers.
