Ideally located between Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage, the home enjoys access to a diversity of restaurants, shops, golf courses, and other attractions. Take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, only 14 miles away, where you'll ascend to over 8,000 feet for a view of the entire Coachella Valley. For some nighttime excitement, check out the Agua Caliente Resort Casino & Spa for adult games, live entertainment, and excellent dining, only seven miles from your door. Outdoor adventure-seekers will find numerous hiking trails just a five-minute walk from the home, and the Cathedral Canyon Trailhead is located just a little over a mile away.
At home, spend the morning sunning by your private saltwater pool, the afternoon grilling out on the shady patio, and the evening soaking in your hot tub under the desert stars. An adorable casita offers a kitchenette, bedroom, and living space of its own.
