LIVING AREAS A wall of windows offers a fabulous view of the pool from the main living area. Steps away, you can whip up drinks at a wet bar with a wine fridge and seating for three. In the second living area, a pair of chic armchairs and a sofa sit before a floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace. KITCHEN & DINING The newly designed kitchen gleams with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances (including a Thor gas range). A large breakfast bar seats two. Adjacent, there’s room for six to gather at a wooden dining table — illuminated by a fun pendant light fixture.
