After a glorious day on the beach, a cocktail and a dip in the hot tub is the perfect late-afternoon delight! Cooking in? The gourmet chef in your group will love the high-performance Wolfe appliances in the kitchen. The convenient elevator is an added bonus for an elderly guest or for simply transporting luggage and groceries! Another gracious bonus from the owner is the 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits, so guests will have the luxury of parking 4 vehicles... 2 in the driveway and 2 on the street. Additional perks: heated tile bath floors, both k-cup and drip coffeemakers, cable TV in addition to streaming capability, gas BBQ grill, outdoor shower, W/D, 3 adult bikes, and even a tandem kayak for guest use with signed addendum. Sleeps 8 - No pets please. Guest pay a $210 cleaning fee for under 7 nights. BONUSES: Your departure clean is included AND your bed linens, towels and bath mats are INCLUDED. (sorry no beach towels.) Beds will be made upon your arrival. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00.
