The space
3 bed / 3 bath house. Set back from road surrounded by trees.
Spacious main room, with a large kitchen island, gas stove, all-clad pots. A lot of ottolonghi has been cooked here, dishwasher. Separate dining area for 6.
Sonos in living room and tv room and Sonos move for outside.
Note – there isn’t a TV in the main room, this is a design choice, to encourage disconnecting and enjoying the nature, there is a 50 inch tv in the office/tv room.
Downstairs is a Office/TV/Spare bedroom. The couch folds out with a foam comfortable mattress. Everything you need to work at home. Standing Desk (downstairs only). Monitor + Webcam + Trackpad.
Fast cable internet (up to 400 Mbps down and 50 Mbps up). WiFi upstairs and down.
Scandinavian wood stove with supply of wood. Heating is radiant heat (downstairs) and HVAC (upstairs and downstairs).
Upstairs there is two large suites. Master has a queen size mattress, walk in wardrobe, separate toilet, double vanity bathroom, with shower. Guest Suite has a king sized bed with a en-suite bathroom with shower. Memory foam mattress.
Solo stove fire pit (when it's warm enough).
Counter culture coffee provided with a coffee maker and a pour over setup.
Poker set and games provided.

Entire House and the 5 acres of woods around the house. Self Check-in with a lock box.
Other things to note
Happy to host families. Please note that I haven’t child proofed it, you can see from the photos there is a number of sharp corners, and a concrete floor.
Well behaved dogs are fine. There is no fence around the permimeter.
