This house is a completely NEW build in 2019, so everything is super new. This street maintains the row house style so it is close to neighbors with small backyards. There are 2 flights of stairs to the rooftop.

Check in & Security:
There is a self check in keypad at the door with Ring doorbell for your security as well as exterior cameras.
House Layout:
When you enter, you are on the 1st floor with the living room, dining room, kitchen, and a half bath. The garage and 3rd bedroom with a private bathroom is on the lower level.
The 2nd floor has the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom with a connected private bathroom. The washer & dryer are also on the 2nd floor. The rooftop deck is on the 3rd floor with a wet bar in the hallway.
Amenities:
The kitchen has a wine fridge & bar area. There is a patio right outside the kitchen with a grill. Granite counter tops throughout the house, hardwood flooring except for carpet in the bedrooms, and stainless steel appliances. Hurom juicer, Blendtec blenders, Instantpot, and All-Clad pans are available for use.
We use high quality amenities throughout the house, like Charmin, Bounty, Starbucks coffee, our Restoration Hardware & Pottery Barn dining room, or West Elm bar stools
Master bedroom is Queen size bed with Molecule medium memory foam queen mattress. There is a custom built queen murphy bed in the 2nd bedroom. It can also be used as a flex room for nursery with pack and play or crib if requested.
The 3rd bedroom is in the lower level and has a Queen bed with Casper medium firm mattress.
All the towels and sheets are 100% cotton.
Fast 100Mbps Internet throughout the house with WiFi extenders & 55" Smart TV in the living room
