House includes fresh paint, newly upgraded kitchen with new cabinets and quartz countertops and full pantry. Enjoy your private backyard under the patio cover facing our swimming pool. Driveway parking and street parking available.

We have a pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside, especially if a door or window is left open.
To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees.
