All dogs welcome- just make sure they are house-trained. New landscaping. We take great pride in our home and have furnished the property, not as a rental but an oasis to relax and enjoy your time in beautiful Desert Hot Springs!

WELCOME!
** COVID 19**
1- We are requiring all of our staff and vendors to wear masks and gloves when entering our properties.
2- We are only using (as we always have) cleaning products that sterilize surfaces.
3- Linens and Towels are only laundered onsite. Linens are specific to each property and will remaining at the property.
4-Soft surfaces in the house are hand sanitized. New Couch, new beds and bedding, new mattresses. You'll love it here!
5- Hard Surfaces are disinfected with steam, then cleaner then finally hand polished to bring out their streak-free shine.
6. Utensils are washed in our new dishwasher that has a very hot Sanitizing cycle before and after each guest. Even if the utensils are in the drawer, they are rewashed before your arrival (same with pots and pans)
We hope you enjoy your stay here at The Casa Solaris. That said we believe we have included everything to make your stay as relaxing and stress free as you would like it to be. CHECK OUT CHECK LIST
Check out time is 11am unless you have made prior arrangements. Early check in and late check out options are available whenever possible. Message us through your booking site to make arrangements.
• Make sure all doors and windows are locked and the entire house is secure before leaving the home. There is a $500 security alert fine for leaving the home open and unsecure. If anything is missing from the home after your departure you will be responsible for its replacement cost. We have an inventory check list of every item to insure each guest has the best experience possible. After each check out a physical count is taken for your peace of mind. If you like our furnishings or anything in the home send us an email we would be happy to help you find out where you can purchase it.
• Turn Heat and/or A/C OFF. Turn OFF all lights, appliances, and the gas to the BBQ. If you opted for the fire pit, fireplace and pool heater upgrade, please be sure to turn the pool heat 5to the OFF position, as well as the fire pit. The fire pit and fireplace keys should be returned to its original location.
• Dishware and cookware must be cleaned and put away OR placed neatly in the dishwasher. Please do not run the dishwasher if it wont be finished before you depart. Our cleaning crew will take care of that.
• PLASTIC/ACRYLIC CUPS AND PLATES MUST BE WASHED BY HAND.
• Place all garbage in bags (provided under the sink and in laundry room) and in the containers outside. The containers are located by the large gate on the side of the property. No need to move the containers. They are picked up every Wednesday by our local Desert Hot Springs disposal company in the morning.
• I am sure you noticed the windmills as you drive around town. Desert Hot Springs is known for severe winds on occasion.
• Remove any and all food items left out on counters. This includes fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Please make sure to check for your personal belongings, including cellphone and chargers, toiletries and jewelry, etc. We will not be responsible for missing items. We have designed the house to avoid nooks and crannies where items can get lost in seat cushions and under furniture.
IMPORTANT HOUSE INFORMATION:
SPA:
If you opted for the heater option for the pool and spa the pool will be set to 85 degrees on your behalf so that it is always warm for you day and night! Please do not touch any other pool equipment. Pool equipment is very expensive and any damage will result in service being billed back to you. Please use the remote left for you on the counter.
SPA HEATER:
You can set the heater as high as 102 degrees. This is a 400,000 BTU pool heater which is extremely strong. You only need the heater on for about 25 minutes to achieve a very high temperature. When finished PLEASE PLEASE remember to turn off the heater with the remote
POOL & SPA LIGHTS:
Pool and Spa Lights are operated from the remote as well.
PETS:
I am one of the biggest animal lovers around. We want to keep your pets safe 100% of the time. Please DO NOT under any circumstance leave your animals outside unattended. You are in the desert. Your animal will become pray to one of our local and normally harmless mountain animals that come down looking for food. Not to mention it gets VERY HOT in the sun year round. Your pet belongs inside. Unfortunately, we do not allow any other animal besides dogs at this property. There is a fee of $250 for animal waste left on the property and a $250 excessive cleaning fee if there is dog hair on the furniture. Please be responsible and ask your pet to stay off the furniture and enjoy his or her dog bed. Please no pups in the pool...
Please be sure to let us know before you arrive if you will have any pups with you (maximum 1 unless otherwise noted). Our gardeners and pool guys come on specific days but sometimes they adjust their days to accommodate the rental schedule, holidays and weather. We are not responsible for any issues while your pets are on property.
BBQ:
The BBQ has a refillable propane tank. If you run out of propane and need it replaced before we can get a new one to you, please send us the receipt and we will reimburse you for the gas.
