Gorgeous roses surround the patio area with in ground fire pit and barbecue. Large pool and spa area next to a half court basketball court. Furnished Airstream for lounging. Wheel Chair access into house, Wood stove in living room, additional brick fireplace in master bedroom.

Our smoking Policy is Strict, this is a non-smoking property, located in a High-Risk Fire Zone! Please do not smoke inside the property! If you smoke outdoors, please do so in the front yard and keep the sliding door and windows closed. Our smoking policy is VERY Strict. If there are smoke smells in the home, you may pay a fine up to $500.

The pool and jacuzzi can be heated for an additional $150 a day. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare on time. The pool and jacuzzi cannot be heated at the same time.

We are located in a residential community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, noise should be kept to a minimum.
Please do not host additional guests other than the number listed in your reservation.

We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
