2650 sq/ft.This stylish place to stay is perfect for any family or small group. The house is new and anointed with new furnishings and bedding, and original artwork everywhere. The kitchen is fully loaded with every appliance that you will need to live comfortably.
The neighborhood is very quiet, and walkable to many restaurants and breweries. Yet, only 5-10 minutes from Downtown. You can walk to LoHi or the ballpark.
There is a back patio with a firepit and a large fountain. There is also a roof-top deck.
Parties and gatherings are not allowed. THE HOUSE IS MONITORED. The house is monitored for extra guests, parties/gatherings, noise decibels, and pets. We live in a quiet residential neighborhood, and no neighbor should be subjected to any excessive noise or disturbances. The neighbors are encouraged to call the police if there are parties or disturbances. If we get alerted of any infraction of the house rules by our monitor or by our neighbors, we will personally call the police. If the police respond to a disturbance at our property which is validated, you will be fined by the City of Denver and evicted immediately. We have had the pleasure of many wonderful guests. But, we have also had our rules/ policies tested by a few irreverent guests. These issues were addressed with full force. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY IF YOU INTEND TO BREAK THE RULES, HAVE PARTIES OR GATHERINGS, BRING A PET, OR CAUSE A DISTURBANCE. THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT HOUSE FOR LATE-NIGHT PARTIERS.
