The master bedroom has a king size bed with comfortable blankets and pillows and in room TV with Netflix. The attached master bathroom features a large walk-in shower with dual rainfall shower heads for two. The room also has a large closet with organizational shelving and three drawer dresser for storage. There is a queen sized air mattress and air purifier stored in the closet for your use.
One bedroom has two twin size beds, perfect for children. The other has a queen sized bed and wall shelving with built in desk or work space.
The backyard is wide open, with plenty of room to play. There is a horseshoe game set for the adults. The orange and grapefruit trees produce year-round and are yours to enjoy.
There is an indoor laundry room with all necessities on site.
The house is located within 6 miles to UC Merced and Lake Yosemite and 2 miles to Mercy Hospital. Yosemite and Sequoia National Park are both an easy day trip, as well as the entire San Francisco Bay Area.
