The house sits on a quiet 2 acres within 2 miles and easy access to HWY 50, and three miles to a 24-hour Safeway grocery store and restaurants. There are 2 covered parking spaces under the deck and room for additional cars. Close to Sly Park, Apple Hill, Placerville, local wineries, 45 mins to Sierra Ski and 1 hr to South Lake Tahoe.
The space
OUTDOOR LIVING: Have your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the furnished front deck.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped for cooking, baking and service for 8. Appliances include a new refrigerator with in-door ice and filtered water. There is a dishwasher, air fryer, Instant Pot/slow cooker, and a beverage bar with coffee maker and wine fridge. Seating for six at the dining table plus three at the kitchen bar.
INTERIOR LIVING: The living room has a comfortable sofa, a 70” flat-screen TV with sound bar, Roku streaming device (with Netflix, Disney+, YouTube TV, HBO), and high speed internet. Board and card games, puzzles and books available for use. In the winter, use the wood-burning stove and portable air conditioners for the summer months if needed.
BEDROOMS: Three bedrooms with queen beds sleep six comfortably on new memory foam mattresses. All rooms have ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has a TV.
UTILITY: Washer and dryer, first aid kit, fire extinguishers
PARKING: Driveway (6+ vehicles), carport (2 vehicles), garage not available, RV parking
