Beautiful house in a quiet and nice neighborhood of Elk Grove. We are conveniently located 10 minutes away from coffee shops, Costco, Walmart, Homegoods, and many delicious restaurants etc. Our place is spacious over 2,600 sf and is equipped with everything you need to feel the comfort of being at home. With 5 bedrooms and a pool, it is the perfect space you need for work or family/friends travel. The first floor has a full bath and a bedroom with king size. The second floor has 4 bedrooms total including a master retreat with 1 king bed in master. We have security cameras front and back yard.

Our home can accommodate up to 10 guests. Whether you are visiting for business, remote work from home, travel to Sacramento, you will find our fully furnished home perfect for families or friends traveling together.
We offer high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs (including 2 TVs on bedrooms), and a fully equipped modern kitchen.
Parking: There is space for 3 cars to park in the home's driveway, with plenty of street parking available as well.
The property is equipped with video surveillance 24/7. Please provide the accurate number of guests staying during your reservation. Any unsolicited visitors will be considered trespassing.

- The AC can be turned ON with the thermostat, but we request not to set below 72 degrees.

To make sure that the pool water is clean and treated, we have pool maintenance, weekly. Despite these efforts, leaves may still fall because we are surrounded by trees.
We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.
