- Equipped with its own ensuite private bathroom.
- Full size bed frame, mattress, a pillow, and duvet is included. Bed sheets, pillows case, and duvet cover is available upon request for additional charge. (throw pillows, and extra blanket not included and actual duvet and pillows will be different from marketing photos.)
- Full shelf and pole closets along with basement storage if needed.
- Full length mirror.
- Full dedicated workstation desk and chairs included in every room.
- Fast WiFi 400mbps+ provided to all guests for work-from-home professionals and streaming connoisseurs.
- Private keypad and keyed entrance for security while you're away.

- Brand new stainless steel appliances, including two full-sized refrigerators, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave.
- Basic dishware, pots and pans, and various cooking utensils are provided.
- Dishwashing soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc are included and will be replenished bi-weekly.
- Bar table and stools for eating.
- Located in the kitchen is also an in-unit washer and dryer, free of charge.
Living Room/House:
- Cozy living room at the entrance with seating - great for relaxing and socializing with others in the house.
- Central AC and heating throughout the house.
- Plentiful natural lighting with new windows and existing craftsman style windows.
Parking:
- There are 4 spots on the lot between Building 1 and Building 2 on a reserved basis to those that have already booked (the driveway entrance is tight and may not fit larger than normal cars).
- There is no guarantee for one of the four parking spots onsite if you are a new guest.
- Street parking is available for $5/night and can be conveniently purchased through the Alhambra city app or website.
