Newly remodeled, bright and airy space with beautiful new furnishings. The living room boasts an open floor plan which flows into the dining room and the remodeled kitchen and out onto the lanai leading to the pool. Super comfortable couch and chairs for relaxing after a hard day at the beach! Also, a bonus room with an electric fireplace for ambiance or even extra warmth. Workspace also.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances and plenty of workspace. Also a bar area for seating as well as separate seating area. Great place to make a meal or just settle down for your morning coffee.
DINING AREA:
A nice table for the whole gang....seats 6 comfortably. The open floor plan provides easy access between our kitchen, living room and dining area.
PRIMARY BEDROOM:
To ensure your comfort, our home is outfitted with an adjustable reclining King size bed, quality linens, and great pillows, all cleaned to the highest standards. Also a dresser and plenty of space for storage in the closet as well as a smart TV for you. The bedroom leads into a luxurious en suite bathroom with a vanity, stand up shower. All towels and amenities are selected with you in mind.
QUEEN BEDROOM:
Queen bedroom with another luxury adjustable reclining mattress. Dresser and storage as well.
QUEEN BACK BEDROOM:
Lots of options in this room as it's situated in the backside of the house for extra privacy. Another Queen bed. This cozy room is great for the kids or for any additional guests.
SECOND FULL BATH:
Another fully renovated, high end full bath with tub/shower and vanity. This can be used by any of the other guest and is conveniently located off the main section of the home. Quality towels and amenities provide.
OUTDOOR AREA/BACKYARD:
With some of the best weather in the country, our home offers the outdoor space to enjoy it. We have multiple spaces to experience. Our fenced-in yard boasts a in- ground HEATED pool, a screened-in lanai with seating area, lounge chairs and a Weber gas grill. and outdoor dining. Take in the sun and enjoy the space!
