Modern studio unit w/ private entry. We're located in a quiet residential neighborhood very close to major convenience stores. This unit is not suitable for any type of gatherings/events.
All guests are obligated to read and agree to our house rules prior to booking.
This studio unit is part of a 3-unit complex and is located upstairs. The unit has its private entrance from the side yard and is equipped with hot water, a split system, a TV, a kitchen (cooktop, microwave, cooktop, fridge, etc.), and a small breakfast table. The unit is equipped with a sofa.
The bathroom comes with a shower.
This unit does not come with off-street parking but free (but challenging) street parking is available.
Guests will have access to the entire single-family residence and the backyard. The attached neighbor to the front has completely separate access through the front/ side yard.
The host does not reside on the property, however, we try to check on every guest as frequently as possible to address their needs.
Depending on the time and day of the week, maintenance issues can take up to a few hours to be addressed. Evening/night-time issues will have to be taken care of the next business day.
Super peaceful and family-oriented neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants all within walking distance.
Super close to all the necessities, the house is just minutes away from almost all the major chain stores in Los Angeles. With Topanga Mall, Westfield Village, and Fallbrook Center being so close, there won't be a better location for shopping and dining.
