After a day outdoors, relax in a bright, modern cabin near the abundant outdoor activities of Yosemite and Pine Mountain Lake. Your family & friends can spread out over 2 levels of well appointed living space, each containing the necessary modern conveniences. Enjoy a deck overlooking the trees below, as well as a grassy area. All bedrooms are appointed with plush mattresses and bedding, as well as hotel quality duvets and pillows. Located in a quiet inlet away from all the crowds, you'll have direct access to a private dock on the lake for use with kayaks and inner tubes, as well as nearby hiking trails, swimming, tennis, golf, fishing, and day trips to Yosemite.
The Space
Walking through the front door, you'll enter the bright and airy kitchen with views of trees everywhere. The recently remodeled, fully-stocked kitchen has new stainless steel appliances, stainless steel pots/pans, and everything you need to cook your favorite meals! Relax on the plush sofa in front of the 65" flat screen smart TV with Youtube TV, or choose one of the various board games and puzzles to play as a group. The nearby dining table can comfortably seat up to 6 people, and the slider door leads to an outdoor deck with a propane grill and lounge chairs.
Downstairs is a bedroom with a king-size bed, one full bathroom, and a well-appointed kitchenette with a small sink, mini fridge, and coffee maker. Secluded from the rest of the house, the downstairs area also has a 55" smart TV and foosball table. This lower level also walks out to its own patio/grassy area with a brand new HOT TUB, picnic table, and benches. There is plenty of space for people to roam, relax, and play a friendly game of foosball.
Completing the downstairs is a crib, pack n play, and changing table (contact host for access if needed).
Returning back upstairs, you'll find 2 full bathrooms and 3 full bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a king bed and has a 43" smart TV. The remaining bedroom upstairs has a 43" inch smart TV with a queen bed and twin bunk bed.

Some Final Considerations
There are approximately 250 weathered steps (a couple steps may be broken)--or a rocky, forested hiking path--to get down to the home's private dock (a light workout to walk back up to the house). By confirming your reservation, you agree to hold the owners and all who provide services to this home, to be held harmless in the event of an incident. Depending on your group's preferences, you may want to consider driving down to the private gated roadway that is 1-2 minutes from the house and park directly at the dock/deck to set up "camp" at the dock / lake.
There is a motion-activated Ring video security spotlight monitoring the front porch.
We cannot accommodate parties. Please no furry friends! Failure to adhere to these rules will result in additional charges of $200 per night and/or immediate cancellation.

Guest Access
You’ll have access to the entire house except for a couple locked storage closets.
Please Note
There is a $42 / car fee charged by the HOA (this applies to all homes and other AirBnbs in the Pine Mountain Lake development) for security, maintenance, and access to the HOA amenities for a week. The security gate will collect the fee for the Association when you first enter Pine Mountain Lake.
Please turn off the AC and hot tub when not in use. Failure to do so is a violation of our house rules and can result in immediate cancellation and/or additional charges of $200 per night.
There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the premises. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a $1000 damages payment and/or immediate cancellation.
Please do not lock the handle of the front door (only lock the deadbolt). Failure to adhere to this rule will result in $300 damages to pay an emergency locksmith to open the door.
Any additional guests above our capacity will result in charges of $200 per person per night and/or immediate cancellation.
Cell phone reception may be spotty in the area, but the house does include high-speed internet. Please be sure to plan accordingly in case you find yourself in a dead zone.
As we continue to improve our home, certain upgrades (such as *window screens and windows*) are ongoing due to supply chain issues, and the bedding / throws, cushions and pillows, wall artwork, and home furnishings may be slightly different than what's shown in the pictures. Furniture and accessories may also get moved around in between guest stays. Please, please accept our sincere apologies for anything that is not up to ideal standards and thank you so much for your flexibility and understanding!
