Kitchen upgrades include granite counters, Stainless appliances, spill-proof floors, and all new cook wear. Two king and three queen high quality mattresses each in their completely private bedroom. All 14 windows are screened to allow you to enjoy cool evening mountain breezes.
This home is only 4.6 miles to Shingletown which has 2 grocery stores, 2 gas stations, a Pizza restaurant and a deli with a full menu including breakfast. A Dollar General store came recently adding access to huge variety at low prices.
The home sits back off the highway on 1.6 acres of forest with only 10 miles to Lassen Lassen National Park. There are plenty of other residents in the area, but this home has no immediate neighbors. My property borders forest timberland and the nearest residence is across the highway, giving you lots of privacy. A walk through the timberland leads to a waterfall on Battle Creek!
