There are several options for huge local parks including the infamous Yucaipa regional park known for its stocked trout lakes and beach.

For nature lovers you'll have easy access to hiking to several trail heads including El Dorado Ranch Park (7 Mins) San Bernardino National Forest (8 Mins) Oak Glen Preserve Camping and Hiking Area (14 mins) Forest Falls ( 17 Mins) Not to mention the local Regional Park (4 mins). House comes fully furnished with centralized air-conditioning and heating a newly renovated kitchen, bath and backyard area. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Over 1500 square-foot backyard for lounging, swimming, yoga surrounded by Mountain views.

Please note that the pool and hot tub DO NOT have a fence. We are not liable for any incidents in regards to the pool and hot tub should anything happen.
