Our oversized home is equipped with SIX separate bedrooms including multiple master suites!
Penthouse Unit 1
Walk-in greeted immediately by open concept living including an immaculate kitchen, oversized dining for 10, gold shimmering designer wall, deep sectional sofa, hanging chairs, and 85 inch ultra HD television.
The massive kitchen has plenty of island and countertop space and room to prepare a gourmet meal using top of the line stainless steel appliances.
There are three contemporary designed bedrooms each ultra thick plush mattresses to ensure a great night's sleep. The first suite features two queen beds, its own bathroom, and balcony with seating. Upstairs find a second bedroom featuring two queen beds, private balcony, and its own bathroom steps into the hallway. The oversized master suite boasts an ultra plush king mattress, seating area, walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with soak tub and overhead rain shower. Perfect for the king and queen of the trip!
I know I know, it's the gigantic rooftop that caught your eye. Yes it is 1,200 square feet of endless possibility with a picture perfect view of the city skyline.

There are three modern designed bedrooms each with ultra thick plush mattresses to ensure a great night's sleep. There are two full bathrooms, one with shower and tub. The first bedroom boasts an ultra comfy king bed with more space than you could dream of. The second bedroom features a couch with 55" ultra HD smart TV and ultra-thick plush double bed.

Located in Brewery town, the mansion is located in a neighborhood with upcoming popularity that is growing and developing by the day. Check out the driving range, disc golf course, or enjoy the night life of Brewery town or Fairmount all within a mile of the house!
Free Street parking is plentiful. You'll EASILY find parking in front of the house for several cars.
Getting Around:
Philadelphia is walking and biking friendly (bikes can be rented nearby for $4 and returned near your destination most likely- Indego). There are several bus routes that run through this neighborhood with stops only a few blocks from the house. Uber is the easiest and cheapest option typically for rides within Philadelphia.
However, you will be able to walk to Philly's coveted Fairmount park.
