Quiet new community centrally located very close to alot! Brand new shopping mall Nugget, house is fully stocked
Brand new community and may have pest around due to environment(we all know this is common in new areas) House was built in 2022, House is well maintained and sprayed regularly and cleaned and sanitized before guest check in, All air filters are changed after every stay. Carpets are cleaned deodorized and sanitized after every pet stay, All bedding and linens are taken care of by myself and my husband. If you wish to have me strip the beds and just leave the casings on just request this. That way i can properly ceil my beddings and ill remove from property ( IF you decide to bring your own), Please make any requests directly to me, Ill do my best to make it happen. I keep all my properties free from clutter to eliminate dust.
