Positive: Overall, the property is beautiful, exactly as pictured. Very modern, excellent decor, and clean. I loved the kitchen, it was stocked with everything you could possibly imagine and more. Communication with the property host was very prompt, all of my issues/concerns were addressed and resolved. I would definitely stay here again as a family of 5, it was very spacious.
Negative: Please be aware that this house is part of an HOA. During our stay, the complex had a project going on. We were informed that our door would be taken off the hinge to be repainted and that it would be completed between 9am - 5pm. This was unacceptable to me as I did not feel comfortable leaving the home with the door removed for the day. I voiced my concern to the host who was very understanding and was able to have it rescheduled. This was the only negative during our stay, but I do understand that HOAs have scheduled maintenance/projects. I would have liked to know this information when I completed my booking instead of the day before the scheduled project because it nearly dismantled my plans for that day. Side note: This doesn’t apply to anyone driving. We traveled from NYC, so we did not rent a car for this trip. Our only goal was to attend a Dodgers game. However, this house is located on a very steep hill, again not an issue for anyone with a car. Walking anywhere was very difficult because we traveled with 3 children under the age of 5. If you’re planning to stay here to attend a Dodgers game and you plan to walk there, then the path is quite challenging as there is no real walk path to Dodgers Stadium, you have to walk along the highway where the path disappears for a short distance and you have to walk on the actual highway itself. But again, this has nothing to do with the property itself, more of an FYI.
Summary: Wonderful and family friendly.
