The space
Beautiful 3-story condo with a roof deck on the 4th floor.
1st Floor has a large bathroom, bedroom, closet, and 2 car garage.
2nd Floor has a spacious living room, dining area, and a large kitchen. This floor also has 2 balconies that allows you to open the doors to make area the area even larger.
3rd Floor has 3 bedrooms, two restrooms, along with a dedicated room for the washer and dryer. First room has a queen size bed. The middle room has a bunk bed—the top bunk has a twin size mattress and bottom bunk has a full size mattress. The last room is the master with a queen size bed, Tv, master bathroom, walk-in closer, and great view of Disneyland fireworks.
4th Floor is the roof deck. You’ll see the Disneyland fireworks perfectly every night. This is a great place to be, especially during 4th of July.

The condo has an alarm to give additional comfort. The condo has 2 Roku TV’s to stream your favorite movies and shows. For your convenience, you’ll be able to open and close the garage with your phone.
The Viv Hotel next door is a beautiful hotel and has a shuttle that will take you all around Anaheim to explore the city. The shuttle has a few.
Please know that you will be near the 5-freeway so you’ll hear the freeway traffic.
