All stays of 30 days or more require a mid-stay cleaning by our dedicated housekeeping team at the expense of the guest. Our property management and cleaner teams care for each home, and we offer personalized recommendations to make your stay exceptional.
We believe in mutual respect, so we require a respectful note and some background about your group before booking. Please note that by booking with us you understand and agree to the following guidelines.
- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement
- You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.
- Guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a CAR form with the DRE in the State of California which will be issued by our Broker of Record. Once this form is signed, your mid-length stay will be confirmed.
- Guests staying over 30 nights are required to pay an additional mid-stay cleaning fee every 15 days.
- You understand that street parking in front of the home is not permitted, but you are awarded one uncovered carport space and there are several area parking lots nearby for access. Make sure to check for street parking signs and spaces are limited due to it being the main area people park for the beach.
- For any personal items left in the home after check out, we will happily ship them to you for the cost of shipping plus a $25 handling fee
