This "house of light" sits on a corner lot with lots of privacy on all sides and incredible unobstructed (no overhead power lines) views of the mountains.
Professionally designed and landscaped inside and out, there is a meticulous attention to detail.
Once inside, you are welcomed by an open concept living/dining area featuring a Modernica sofa and coffee table, vintage Thonet and Danish lounge chairs, a Peruvian shag rug and down pillows. This area also features a gas fireplace and a large television featuring a full cable package and access to streaming apps (strong whole house wifi throughout). You then descend upon a chef's kitchen featuring KitchenAid appliances with counter seating for two and bench seating area for two to three.
Make your way to the bedrooms each of which feature CB2 platform beds, Casper mattresses with linen sheets, mid-weight down comforters with great pillows, along with vintage teak and oak benches, vintage teak dressers and nightstands and Nelson bubble lamps throughout.
The roomy master suite features a California King bed and has a separate exit to the backyard with a private seating area. Adjacent to the master suite you will find a dedicated work space for two with abundant storage.
The guest bedroom wing features two additional guest rooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a Full size bed. These bedrooms share a newly renovated central bathroom with one sink and walk in shower. Each bedroom also has dedicated access to the backyard patio.
The home features a stacked washer/dryer in the guest room hallway with adjacent closet for storage and folding area. Newly installed HVAC ducting and a smart NEST thermostat will keep you at just the right temperature.
Out back, you will find the true selling point of Casa Di Luce: a lush backyard entertaining area with new pool and automated pool equipment, jacuzzi, fire pit, drought-tolerant synthetic lawn and desert landscaping, lighting, and even an outdoor shower!
