Positive: This was booked last minute after being let down by another host. I booked in a rush, the information said 2 beds. When we got there there were 5 which was a lovely surprise. Very comfortable and well equipped. Room at dining table for us all which is a rarity. Nice outside space. Large rooms. Tesco 2 doors along very convenient. Chippy 2 doors the other way was good too. Very comfortable stay.

Negative: Comfortable seating in lounge only big enough for 4. Parking information wasn't clear but after several messages to host parked for free directly opposite. If I'd read the info properly I would have been aware that I needed to register with a separate company including ID and ID verification which was annoying as I've done that already for booking.com. Also £299 card hold damage deposit but that got released 4 days after stay.

Summary: Very comfortable overnight stay.
