SEATING:
Elegant and very functional 10 ft glass table with seating for 10, as well as counter-top seating for 4. Large granite desk space in the kitchen as well.
GREAT ROOM: Comfortable and open family room has 14 ft. inviting sectional seating as well as other seating areas to cozy up on around our gorgeous gas burning fireplace and large 75" Smart TV. Our functional coffee table is always stocked with an assortment of games and cards.
POKER/GAME ROOM: Step into our rich, sophisticated and privately dedicated Poker/Game Room. The poker enthusiast will appreciate our padded table rail, comfortable black leather chairs and cupholders at every seat. If not poker, enjoy another game of chess, backgammon, rummikub and foosball. For the sports enthusiast, watch multiple games on the double 55" wall-mounted TV's.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Spacious laundry room, includes iron with ironing board, washer/dryer (detergent) and storage cupboards . . and leads to our very large 3 car garage.
7 INCREDIBLE BEDROOMS, each with it's very own unique style:
1) SUPREMELY ELEGANT MASTER SUITE includes a very elegantly decorated luxurious King bed, as well as a gorgeous rich royal sofa retreat area for relaxing, which can also be utilized as a pull-out sleeper in case you have little ones that you can't seem to part with. This master includes a large, well-organized walk-in closet, tall wall-mounted floor to ceiling mirrors, and a very "special" office/desk area, including printer and other office supplies. Enter the "en-suite" master bathroom to pure luxury! It includes a separate "His/Her" vanity, a large walk-in shower, a very sensual jetted jacuzzi tub, and a large separately enclosed toilet room. This master is peaceful, calming and luxurious, with everything at your fingertips!
2) EQUESTRIAN MASTER SUITE is very private as it is positioned in a separate wing of the home, away from the rest of the bedrooms. It boasts a very comfortable and luxurious King bed, as well as a black velvet sofa retreat area for relaxing, all with an "equestrian flare!" The sofa can be pulled out to a Full bed and accommodates 2 children. This room has it's own Keurig coffee bar set up and an "en-suite" bath.
3) BEACH CASITA: Our attached "Casita" is a tranquil private and secluded master with a comfortable King bed in a white "beach" style room, and an "en-suite" bathroom. It has a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee station, as well as a long sprawling desk, printer and drawers which can be used for office or other belongings. This casita has it's own private entrance from the beautiful front gated courtyard.
4) Fresh COUPLE'S RETREAT: A Private "Fresh-Feeling" Couple's Bedroom with a Queen bed and Brand New "White and Natural" en-suite bathroom which has a large soaking tub and shower. This room also has an attractive desk/console and sitting area overlooking the beautiful front courtyard.
5) BUNKBED ROOM: An attractive bunkbed room has been especially designed to host 5 of your most fun-loving people! Each bed has it's own reading light, mini storage folder and USB plug in for all their tablets/phones and laptops. Can watch individual TV or come together to PLAY & GAME on our newest "Xbox one S" right in their very own "bunk-room" on our large 55" wall-mounted TV. As part of our remodel, we have added another large "en-suite" bathroom to the bunk room. This bathroom was designed for lots to share. It has two shower-heads, a double-vanity sink, and lots of individual cubby storage shelves for each person to store their own toiletries. The bunk room is cool and "FUN!"
6) DOUBLE QUEEN CACTUS ROOM: The double "Queen" bedroom, is fit for a family of 4, or a couple of teens. It has two very comfortable queen beds, and is decorated with a 50" TV, bookshelves, a large organized closet, a lounging chair w side table and all in the spirit of the desert.
7) An entertaining room/Den during the day, and a bedroom with Queen size sleeper sofa-bed (premium mattress) and a clothing rack during the night.
NOTE: All 6 bedrooms have USB plug-ins at nightstand tables, 50" (or larger) wall-mounted TV's, professionally organized closets, very comfortable memory foam or tempurpedic beds, beautiful soft crisp white clean sheets, cool white knit blankets, lightweight comforter with beautiful white duvet, lots of pillows, and a decorative throw. Each bathroom comes stocked with the appropriate amount of bath towels, hand towels and washcloths for the maximum guests in that room. There will also be a hair dryer and separate flat iron in each bathroom drawer. Mini toiletries are provided in case you've forgotten toothpaste, razors, shower cap, and Q-tips. Soft hand soap is provided at each sink and shampoo, conditioner and bath gel dispensers in each shower.
Separate Resort towels (1 per guest) are provided in a basket near the patio door.
Our home is stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and kleenex.
OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING!
Luxury Outdoor living is encouraged with many gorgeous areas to eat, relax, sunbathe, BBQ and play!
OUTDOOR DINNIG: The spacious covered patio closest to the outdoor kitchen and BBQ area, includes a large 10 ft sturdy glass-top wicker table, and 10 padded chairs around for casual or formal dining. There's another patio table near the spa with padded seating for 4 and counter-top seating for 2 at the BBQ.
OUTDOOR LOUNGING: We have lots of separate gorgeous and comfortable lounging areas all throughout the backyard. There is a covered lounging area with wall mounted TV near the large dining table. More areas include: 10 chaise lounge chairs for sunbathing: 8 near side tables and shaded umbrellas. (For your ultimate comfort, a mister runs over that area of chairs and is operated by the touch of a button when the heat gets to be too much!) An additional 2 lounge chaises are at the middle of the pool area and can be brought into the pool and used on the tanning deck! On the other side of our resort yard, is our brand new SPECTACULAR FIRE-PIT! A gorgeous bright blue top will hold your feet up as you relax and hang with friends, or even hold a couple of dinner plates! The glimmering blue mosaic walls that surround it create a gorgeous ambience as you light this easy to use, natural gas fire! Feel free to move around our cozy and comfortable outdoor lounging furniture to make just the right gathering for your ENJOY! (Please put everything back in order before your departure)
OUTDOOR FUN: Our separately dedicated Table Tennis area near the side yard is loads of fun!
POOL & SPA: Our large and refreshing pool is just delightful any time of year! It's long length is great for swimming laps or just jumping in to splash-around! The spa is soothing and gorgeous! Wander in at night and enjoy the romantic ambiance of soaking in the warm and bubbly spa. Both the pool and spa lights glow in an assortment of rainbow colors at night (which is a fun activity all on it's own), or can be controlled to just one color. All pool lights and spa heat are controlled on a panel (w instructions) on the inside wall right near the patio door.
