Newly Renovated 3 Bedroom/2 Bath, 4 bed, Van Nuys/Valley Glen area rental. Brand new kitchen & bathrooms, above ground hot tub, expansive front yard w/ outdoor lounge areas, fire pit, and BBQ grill! Off street parking for at least 2, maybe 3 cars (depending on size). Street parking if needed, is usually plentiful any time of day. Available for short-term, mid-term, and long term rental periods!
We like to give our guests space & privacy, but are available when needed via the app, or by call/text! Please expect either longer periods between responses, or texts/calls back in the morning if you are in a situation where you need to reach out to us late at night. If we are awake during later/nighttime hours, we will do our best to respond back to you as soon as possible!

Pets (Dogs and/or Cats) may be considered on a case by case basis, dependent on factors such as size, breed, age, and personality, to name a few. Pets may be subject to an additional pet fee and/or pet security deposit, as well, if we agree to allowing them.
- Parking spaces are uncovered and, if looking at the front of the house from the street, are located on the left side of the house. Please see the listing photos and find the photo of the house taken from the street, for a visual on where the driveway is for the house and thus where you will park your vehicles during your stay.
