These well-appointed vacation rentals are completely refurbished in every way with new Thomasville living room furniture, new Samsung stainless steel appliances, new smart TV‚ new floors, and new window treatments that create a beautiful oceanside haven for all who choose this condo combo enclave.
Enjoy lawn and ocean views from the patios, which each sport two high-top chairs and a table and a barbecue on each patio. Front unit A sits oceanfront with spectacular views from the living room, kitchen, and main bedroom. Rear unit E also has a view of lawn, sand, and sea from the living area, kitchen, and patio and while unit E view is somewhat limited compared to unit A - it's great nonetheless.
Both condos are beautifully furnished inside and out with beach chic amenities and accents. Each has a large great room with comfortable seating clusters, a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable, and a large TV for you to enjoy when you are relaxing and reconnecting indoors.
Each home also has a beautiful modern kitchen with all the appliances and amenities you need to create meals and snacks for everyone. Each also has a breakfast bar with stools next to an inside dining area for six, so inside dining is easy in each condo.
There is one double sofa bed in unit E. All bedrooms and baths are furnished with a generous supply of premier linens and as well as several ceiling fans to ensure you are comfortable at all times.
THINGS TO KNOW
Light construction will commence nearby from Sept 2023 to May 2024. Usual hours of intermittent construction are from Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. with occasional weekday work until 6:30 p.m. Construction will not occur on weekends. Rates have been discounted by 10% for all booking stays between now and May 2024 to compensate for any inconvenience.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this home (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please ensure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.
Reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
