*Just remodeled making it the perfect retreat & getaway!* Super close to town. Enjoy a relaxing, fun and pleasant visit California living. We offer a professionally cleaned space for every booking. Our sleeping arrangements include:
1 Quality Beauty Rest Posturepedic king sized bed in a spacious bedroom upstairs. (2 ppl)
1 double futon in the same spacious master bedroom. Or leave as couch (2 ppl)
1 double down futon on the balcony with sunbrella curtains for privacy and comfort for CA outdoor sleeping. Summer option.(2 ppl)
1 deluxe double self inflating air mattress can be on balcony. Summer option (2 ppl)
1 Full sized sofa sleeper in the living room downstairs. (2 ppl)
We also have “Brooke Nook” another Airbnb in our main house as an over flow option. It has 2 rooms: 1 room has a queen bed (2 ppl) and the other has a futon (2 ppl). (Look it up under “Brooke Nook”)
Toilet and sink are separate from the shower and sink which really helps the morning and nighttime routine for multiple guests!
Clean and comfy is our motto. Enjoy cooking in the open kitchen with full oven, range & microwave or on the grill on the patio. The 2 outdoor living options include a large covered balcony and fenced patio. If games make a vacation fun for you, we have plenty of choices! We hope you have a lovely time with us.
We allow 2 dogs but require you pay $40 per night per dog. Please take dogs out front for their walks/potty breaks. It’s a nice street to walk them on (1 mile loop). We offer our yard for relaxing, pool, & firepit for our guests. No dogs in common area without advanced notice.
You will have 2 car parking spaces in front of the main house. You will have your own access to the private guesthouse through a walkway that leads to your own gated patio area. You can have use of the pool and the fire pit which are both in the main house garden. Our guests in the vacation rental on the other side of the property also have use for the main yard, pool, and fire-pit.
Guests can use pool, hot tub and fire pit in main yard...No loud music or speakers in the main shared yard. quiet hours start at 10PM. Please be mindful of our neighbors & reduce noise if outside after 10pm. No music outside after 10PM. Our guests in the vacation rental on the other side of the property also have use for the main yard, pools and fire-pit. We are in a neighborhood and have great respect for our neighbors and consider them when it comes to music and loud guests. No speakers in the main yard and keep music to an acceptable level so you don’t interrupt other guests relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
We will ask to turn the music down if need be.
We only allow guests that are booked on the property. No day time guests or visitors. Not a flexible or negotiable rule.
