Welcome to our stunning ranch-style home! This spacious 2546 sq.ft. property sits on a lush 2.5-acre lot and features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 full kitchens. Nestled among the live oak covered hills, the home is adjacent to two other 2.5 acre parcels with vacation rentals connected by paved pathways, each offering unique amenities and ambiance.
As you step through the front door, you'll be greeted by the cozy family room with a large, comfortable couch and flat-screen TV with Roku. The room is stocked with books and board games, making it the perfect spot for a movie night or family game session. From here, you'll have a lovely view of the backyard, which features a covered patio and an in-ground pool - the ideal spot to cool off on a hot summer's day.
The home has been recently refurbished with waterproof laminate wood and tile floors throughout, giving it a fresh and modern feel. The kitchens and bathrooms boast brand new granite countertops, and the showers and tub have tile surrounds, with two having adaptable handheld showerheads. The hall to your left leads to a freshly tiled bathroom and three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet, a window desk, blackout curtains, and separate access doors to the outdoors. The two bedrooms to your left are furnished with a queen-sized bed and two twin beds, respectively.
