A spacious two double bedroom with ensuite shower room off the master and a family sized bathroom with shower over bath as a separate bathroom. There is a separate fully integrated kitchen with full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher electric hob & oven, microwave etc. Open plan living and dining with balcony off the main living space with views of the roof terrace. The bedrooms are a generous double size with twin ziplocked beds in the guest room which can be converted to a superking bed. The master bedroom has a queensize bed.The master also has a flatscreen tv with freeview whilst the living space has a flatscreen tv with Sky. The dining space has seating for 4. Within the building is a resident's gym and sauna room free for guest use on the understanding that they do so at their own risk. We advise guests to fully familiarise themselves with equipment instruction before use. Parking is available for one car on a strict pre-booking arrangement only as spaces are not guaranteed available. Centrium is a landmark development conveniently located in the heart of Woking town centre and is just a short walk from the mainline railway station. The development name is advertised above the main foyer door. The development provides 24hr security, free onsite gymnasium with sauna and secured parking for one car (height restrictions do apply).
