• This listing is for overnight stays of up to 8 adult guests. Please enter total guest count including children and pets. We do not allow additional day guests.
• The person booking must be over 25 and staying the entire time.
• This home is strictly NO DRUGS. NO SMOKING inside the home. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes.

• Violators will result in termination without refund. Lost revenue for cancelled future stays and replacement cost of rugs and curtains will be charged.
• Event are allowed for a fee however: Relevant Noise Ordinances must be followed. Violators will result in the immediate removal without refund and are responsible for fines issued by government authorities.
• Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products, even the "flushable" kind, must be placed in the trash can provided. Plumbing costs may be charged if foreign objects are detected.
• Check-in is at 3 pm or later. Early check-ins after 1 pm or super early check-ins before 1 pm can be reserved, as available in advance for a fee. Do not park in the driveway.
• Check-out is at 11 am. A late check-out can be arranged at least 3 days before check-out and are subject to availability. The late check out fee will be charged per every hour past 11 am.
• Finally, third party bookings are not allowed due to Airbnb's Terms of Service. The person booking this room must be present at the home for the entire stay. Remember, you can always refer your family member or employee instead
