Oast Acre House is a converted square oast house approached from a quiet country lane down a drive lined with cherry trees in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Your bedroom is to be found at the top of a short flight of stairs with access to a shower room with toilet on one side and a bathroom on the other - these are for your own private use. Please be aware that the property has different levels both upstairs and downstairs, and that the stairs are relatively steep. The room has views over the countryside including the fields where my ponies live, and the run where my chickens will hopefully be laying the eggs for your breakfast.
There is a comfortable double bed in your room plus ample clothes storage and hanging space, with a dressing table and a sofa for your comfort. One infant can be accommodated - I have a large travel cot and a high chair which you are welcome to use.
Tea and coffee making facilities are provided in your room and you are invited to breakfast in my country kitchen in front of the Aga or on the terrace if the weather permits. I am an amateur potter so you will be using mugs and other items I have made. I share my home with Winston the cat who is not allowed in your room but will probably be around outside to greet you on your arrival.
