- Immediate EVICTION if Police or city were called on premise along with $300+ fine depending on severance.
-NO PARTY or EVENT allow.
-Please NO PARKING on our Neighbor area.Our parking area is enough for 5 cars.
-My Co- Host is living next door,if we find out about you break the house rules then you have to move out immediately.
