Welcome to Huntington Beach, Surf city in Southern California with the best weather in the world. You will enjoy my place because it is a perfect location for your vacation included weather, attractive places and multi diversity restaurants from different countries made it a paradise vacation place! it is located at the corner of Beach and Yorktown which is 1.8 miles to Huntington Beach Pier and 4minutes to the Pacific Coast Hight Way.
As soon as you are driving south on Beach Blvd, you can feel the cool ocean breeze on your face. It will take approximately 20 minutes to Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, Crystal Cathedral, Anaheim Stadium, Knott Berry Farm, Irvine Spectrum, etc.
Full of Vietnamese restaurants on Bolsa street. Chinese restaurant, Thai food, Indian Restaurants and Sushi restaurant and many more are just few blocks away. The Huntington Pier is 4 minutes away with the distance of 1.8 miles.
Thank you for interest at my apartment. There are few rules need to follow when u want to rent my place:
1/ NO Party with loud music any time during your stay.
2/ NO Smoking weeds or using any drug any where within my house or around the house. The charge for violation is $300.00. The place is for resting and sleeping only.
3/ NO gathering specially in the back of the apartment, in front of the garage or on the drive way.
4/ NO Trash left over inside or outside (garage, patio or alley) of the apartment. Please clean up your own mess. Please take all the the trash out to the trash bin located out side of the apartment. The trash bin is located on the right side of the garage which is behind the unit. I also have the sign show the trash bin location which was post on the wall located on the right side of the TV.
Please treat my house like your house.
The apartment is 1st floor unit which has 2 bedrooms with 1 shower, 1 toilet and 1 sink inside the apartment. It is approximate 1000 square feet.
Full kitchen essential
No washer and dryer onsite. There is a laundromat 2 blocks away; Huntington Coin Laundry.
65 inches TV is on the living room wall which can can be connect to the wi-fi.

Exterior Cameras: for security and liability reasons. They located in front for the building or in front of the entrance of the apartments. They are recording motion detected, voice and sound detected. They in the back of the building toward the drive way and in front of the garage. They are on the left and on the right side of the building toward the driveway. There is NO camera inside apartment for your privacy.
Bedroom 1: hold 2 people
- King size bed with 2 night stands.
- Large dresser has 6 drawers with a mirror.
- Ironing board and Ironing on the shelf of the closet.
- Chair booster, pack and play are also on the shelf.
Bedroom 2: hold 4 people
- Queen-size bed with 1 nights stand.
- Large closet
- The chest with the small lamp.
- Bunk beds with 2 twin mattress.
Bathroom:
- Bath towels x 6 , body wash, shampoo and conditioner are also there.
- Stand shower not bath tub which made it convenient for senior members.
- Hair dryer is also available.
