Please note that the homes on Miramar beach were built in the 1920s and are all accessed by stairs. They are also close to each other so you will see and hear neighbors.

Miramar Beach houses are special because they are located directly on the sand. That being said, the homes were all built in the early 1900s and are petite in nature. You must be comfortable on stairs, because you must descend a set of stairs to get to the front door (top level of the home). Please note that because the homes are quite close to each other, the deck is close to the neighbor's deck.
