An outdoor dining area with seating for 8, an indoor dining area with seating for 10. Gourmet kitchen with Miele appliances and a Bulthaup island, plus a large office with custom built-in desk and daybed. Custom white oak and tile floors. Electric shades, and drapes throughout.
The top level offers a generous ocean view owners suite with floor to ceiling windows, large walk in closet, en- suite bathroom with custom soaking tub, and private patio perched above the water. Guest room #1 is oceanfront with spacious private patio to enjoy the morning sun. Two additional guest room to accommodate your guests.
The lower level has a massive beach level deck with sitting area, al fresco dining and entertaining area. This private studio has fully functioning kitchen for beachside snack. Kayaks, ocean boards and beach games are included. Outdoor showers to use after a day at the beach.
