Like most beach homes in the area, this rental does not have air-conditioning. Ceiling fans in each bedroom provide cooling as needed.
The fireplace and the jets in the master bathroom tub are not operational. Smoking is not allowed.
All leases require a minimum 31-day term.

Dockweiler Beach, one of the only beaches in LA to allow bonfires, is only 5 minutes away. Your rental is also close to Santa Monica (7 miles) and Venice (5 miles).
The close proximity to Los Angeles International Airport (9 minutes) makes traveling to the area easy. Business travelers will also appreciate the Silicon Beach locale, close to an array of well-known corporate offices.
