The Old School House is a wonderfully bright and spacious apartment attached to the owners house. It was still used as a school room until the mid 1900s but has now been converted into a luxury hideaway for couples or couples with a child. The ground floor apartment has its own entrance, garden and private parking. There is a mezzanine bedroom floor and the ceilings are vaulted and beamed. The garden is secure and secluded and dogs are welcome here. Located right in the heart of the village of Northiam and close to many places of interest. The village has a bakery/cafe, daily shopping and a few pub. Great Dixter House and Gardens are within walking distance and a short car drive will take you to Bodiam Castle, the towns of Tenterden and historic Rye. A great location of exploring East Sussex.
