In the heart of Apple Hill, Wineries, and Breweries this newly remodeled vacation home is the perfect getaway from the regular day to day that overlooks a small vineyard and pond. It is conveniently located 50miles west of Lake Tahoe, 45min from Sacramento, 15min from Placerville, and a short drive away from many outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and paddleboarding — or as simple as enjoying the property and the beautiful scenery.

The Cabin features a master bedroom, additional queen bedroom, group bunking, a fantastic dining room with a stunning view, wood burning fireplace, excellent wifi, smart TV, Netflix, easy parking, and magnificent deck overlooking the orchards, outdoor fire pit, stainless steel appliances, coffee essentials, stocked bathroom/kitchen amenities, washer/dryer, and much more.

The cabin will be stocked with all the essentials like towels, basic toiletries, linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, etc. We will have the cabin stocked with various board games, cards, and yard games for your entertainment.
Everything is extremely sanitized and cleaned, heating & air conditioning, exterior security cameras (2, facing out), quiet hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM)
Parking: Driveway (2 vehicles), in front of garage (2 vehicles). No garage access.
Please avoid going into the Shed off to the right of the house as it is undergoing repairs. Please also be mindful of our neighbors behind us as we work on putting up a fence for additional privacy.
