The entire house is equipped with fiber optic internet (WIFI) that offers excellent speed. New central air conditioning and heating system throughout the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker as well as electric water kettle for the tea lovers.
Outdoor entertainment area has plenty of cabinetry, large BBQ grill, dining set, bar and stools.
