Summary: False advertising!!! The pictures on the website didn’t match the room I selected and booked. The room was outdated and the bathroom lights and phone to front desk didn’t work. The hot tub didn’t have the plug available to use, so I had to use my cell phone to get a hold of the front desk. The room was freezing and blankets weren’t provided, so it made for a cold night. Last but not least, the room was not clean. There were inappropriate items left behind and when I checked out reported it to the front desk and they promised a manager would call me, but I’m still waiting and I tried to call and ask for one, but keep getting the run around!! Overall, I will never book this hotel again!
