Positive: Nice proprietor, quite clean and convenient. A/C heat worked well. Good food options nearby.

Negative: Barren grounds and room (altho...this IS the desert!) No blankets, just a thin sheet and thin bedspread; no hooks or closet.

Summary: Fine place to spend a night.
