Secluded Private home nestled in the Cove close to everything. The home is available for monthly stays (Lic#BLIC-000052-2023).
A touch of Mid-Century & modern charm with a large desert themed pool & spa. Very private home and backyard in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful mountain view. Less than a mile from Palm Springs, and less than 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Rancho Mirage & Palm Desert are also minutes away.
The space
The home is tastefully decorated with well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms.
Newly, brightly decorated home with modern amenities for that outdoor-indoor living feel.
The living room features a modern design, and a 70" screen TV with access to both on-air tv and all your digital viewing platforms (Hulu, Netflix, Prime, etc) for easy access to your account.
The pool and spa are definitely a gathering place for you, your family, and friends. The pool has been upgraded to a salt water system.
The kitchen is fully stocked, has a mid century modern vibe with bright colors and easy to work in. There is an an outdoor BBQ for your use also.
HOUSE RULES.
First off, We love a good party, and we really want you to have a great time. That being said, please read below.
Like all rentals, the City has rules on common sense behavior, conduct, and just plain general courtesy to our neighbors. We ask that you be sensitive to noise levels. You will be expected to review and sign the Good Neighbor Policy.
No Smoking Inside and No Parties Allowed. This is not a party house. If this is your goal, this isn't the house for you. Guests must agree to be considerate of neighbors; NO LOUD MUSIC is allowed outside - day or night.
You must be 25 or older to rent. Maximum overnight occupancy is 6; Maximum daytime occupancy is 12.
Loud noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction and/or loss of all monies., including any city fines that the guest will pay. The city no longer calls homeowners if there is a violation, but will contact the guest at the house directly.
A maximum of 3 cars are allowed to park in the parking spaces. 30 night minimum stay.
ADDITIONAL FEES:
Guests after Check-in: APlease confirm your guest list BEFORE checkin as the city requires all guests listed who will be staying at the property.
OPTIONAL: Pet fee of $150.00 before you check in. If a pet is at the property and not requested before check-in, the fee is automatically assessed at $250.
For monthly stays (30+ nights), guest pays electric and gas costs + 10% tax.. The pool and hot tub are heated by gas. Please contact for typical costs.
Check in is anytime after 3PM. Check out is at 11 AM. We can schedule a later checkout if there isn't another booking that day.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome but need to be supervised at all times by the pool! The pool is large and 9' deep at one end. This is great for adults. However, there is no Lifeguard nor is there a pool fence, so it may not be suitable for younger children/non-swimmers. Because of the pool and jacuzzi, a waiver must be signed to confirm all state & city pool laws will be followed. I care about you and your children and want to make sure everyone is safe.

'OVER OCCUPANCY’ is considered a serious violation of your rental license and may result in eviction and loss of all monies.

Access for scheduled pool maintenance is required twice per week, and access for landscaping is required once weekly. Access shall be made available to the owner with a two-hour notice, and immediately in emergency situations.
